Announcement Welcome to my shop!

I started EmptyKnits way back in 2009. I'd learned to knit and crochet in college, and I wanted a way to share my love of textiles. Since then I've added other products here and there - vintage books, supplies, handmade jewelry - as they strike my fancy, but textiles are still at the heart of my micro business.

All my pieces are originals that I design and make myself. I do all my work by hand, and create and store my items in a smoke-free environment. I use mostly wool and other natural fibers, and I'm committed to creating beautiful, well-made pieces and timeless designs. I also try to keep my work affordable for you while paying myself a fair wage.

I'm offering some of my knitting and crochet patterns, both here and on Ravelry.com. I try to make my patterns as clear and easy to understand as possible, and I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about them. Most of the yarns used for my patterns are readily available and can be easily substituted if needed.

I ship all ready-made items within the week. For custom orders, I ask that you allow two weeks for me to make and ship each item.
